Refund policy
All our padel rackets carry a 1-month warranty for material defects from the date of the invoice or purchase. They must not show any impact on the frame, scratches, or any kind of sign indicating improper use, and proof of payment must be provided. If the racket comes with a protection cover, it must not be removed. The product must be sent immediately after the defect or malfunction is detected, in the condition it is in at that moment; it cannot be altered in any way, such as sanding, painting, or any other action that might hinder the inspection and analysis of the defect. If any of these actions are found, the warranty coverage will be voided.
To request warranty coverage, you must send an email to growpadelit@gmail.com with the subject WARRANTY, attaching high-quality photos showing the damage, a detailed description of how the racket broke through a brief account of the incident, as well as the applicant’s full name, ID card, and phone number. You should also include the seller’s name and phone number, if applicable, and any evidence that can verify the purchase date, such as a purchase invoice, a proof of transfer, or chat records with the seller.
This information will be evaluated by our technical department to determine whether the racket should be sent to our headquarters.
If the shipment is approved, you will be notified via email, and the product must be sent by the buyer, at their own expense, to Giacomo Matteotti 19, Locate di Triulzi, Milan. The racket must be labeled on the handle with a sheet containing the following information: FULL NAME and PHONE NUMBER of the person concerned.
The warranty process may take 3 to 4 weeks from the receipt of the item at our facilities:

If the warranty is REJECTED, the racket will be sent back to the applicant’s address with shipping costs charged to the recipient, and an email will be sent stating the reason for the rejection.

If the warranty is APPROVED, the customer will be informed of the shipment, via GLS postal service, of a racket of the same model, provided it is in stock. If it is not in stock, the customer may choose another model.
An approved warranty will only be replaced with Grow Padel branded products and will NEVER be considered a refund.
